The key is accepted in person, documented and given a neutral internal code.

Your spare key – securely organised and available when needed.
You may voluntarily deposit an existing second or spare key with our taxi and service offer. The key is neutrally coded, managed separately from openly visible address data and released only according to the access rules agreed in advance.
Not a conventional locksmith service:
We do not open locked doors without an existing key, force locks or replace locks or cylinders. The service works only with a suitable spare key deposited in advance.
How spare-key storage works
Define authorisations
You decide in advance who may place an order, receive information or collect the key.
Store securely
The key and customer assignment are managed separately. No clearly identifiable full address is attached to the key.
Provide when needed
After an authorisation check, the deposited key can be collected or, subject to capacity and service area, delivered.
When relatives do not live nearby.
The key service can be particularly useful for older people, people living alone, working people or frequent travellers. Relatives can be registered as authorised persons by prior agreement.
The service is an organisational support option and not a home emergency call service, care service or medical emergency service.
Combine spare-key storage with an absence service.
If agreed in advance, additional services may be added during a trip, such as emptying the letterbox, watering plants, a simple visual check or organising handover to expressly authorised persons or service providers.
All services and authorisations are agreed specifically in advance.
